The Fendi Fall 2023 Couture collection was such a classical masterpiece. As soon as I saw the garments I immediately thought of Athens, Greece as the models walked the runway as refined as Grecian goddesses. Each piece was something out of the Hellenistic period with decadent style, geometric draping and a few dresses beaded to look similar to ionic pillars.
What I especially loved was the fun textures featured on some of the clothing featuring beading, sequins and even fur. The color scheme was also brilliant with mostly neutrals, while surprising the guests with a pop of both warm and cool colors — emerald greens, mint greens, bold reds and pretty pinks similar to the jewels from Fendi’s new 30-piece collection of precious jewels.
Overall, this collection was a class act and was definitely artistically pleasing.
